For those of you who aren’t able to connect your CRM directly to SalesDirector.ai, perhaps because you are on a non supported CRM or for any other reason. You can now automate your CSV uploads via Dropbox or Google Drive.
Navigate to Setup -> Import CSV and you will see a couple of different automation options including Dropbox and Google Drive.
Additionally, we also support Google Sheets as a replacement to CSV. Meaning that you could be working within a Google Sheet and update your Opportunities like that.
Now, in general we still recommend using a mature system of record such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics or Netsuite.
As an admin you can now specificy what month your fiscal year starts, which makes date filters such as this quarter, last quarter, etc… much easier to work with
Opportunity Headers are now Sortable
Click on any of the column headers in the Opportunity List view and you will now be able to do one click sorting on things like Close Date, Amount, Last Touch, Next Meeting, Smart Selling Meters, etc…
Opportunity Next Step
Rather than just being point in time, Next Step changes are being logged in the Activity Log, scored, and used as part of the Smart Selling Meter Analytics.
