Want to understand how good you are at predicting your Forecast? No better way than to look at previous Month or Quarter. Where did the deals tell you were going to land mid Quarter?
SalesDirector.ai tracks on a daily basis the state of Deals, their Stages and where the “AI”/system believes those deals are. We plot these over time. There is a very simple report that gives you this information.
Let’s break it down:
- The Purple line is the Sales Target or Goal for the Quarter
- The Yellow line is where the System Recommends/Suggested the Quarter is going to come in at.
- The Blue Line is where “CRM” or the Rep thought the Sum of the deals were going to land.
- The Green line is what actually happened.
Take a look at your instance. Go to Reports > Sales Results > Forecast History and take a look.
